NIK (NF-kappa-beta-Inducing Kinase) (
MAP3K14 Antibody Abstract)
NIK (MAP3K14), a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, binds to TRAF2 and stimulates NF-kappaB activity. It shares sequence similarity with several other MAPKK kinases. It participates in an NF-kappaB-inducing signalling cascade common to receptors of the tumour-necrosis/nerve-growth factor (TNF/NGF) family and to the interleukin-1 type-I receptor.
NF-kappaB Signaling, TCR Signaling
Titration of the NIK antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.\. Western blot: 1:1000,IHC (Paraffin): 1:50-1:100
