Blocked Antibody anti-IL-1R Associated Kinase 2 (C-Term) antibody (ABIN1002517)
Characteristics 20 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human IRAK2.
Application Notes IRAK2 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-IRAK2 . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 200 µg/mL
Buffer Supplied in PBS pH 7.2 (10 mM NaH₂PO₄, 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.
