Blocked Antibody anti-CX3C-Chemokine Receptor 4 (HIV Receptor) (Extracellular Domain) antibody (ABIN1002170)
Characteristics 15 amino acids near the extracellular loop domain of human CXCR4.
Application Notes CXCR4 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-CXCR4 . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the activity of Anti-CXCR4 in Western blotting.
