Blocked Antibody anti-Caspase 6 (Executioner Caspase) (Internal Region) antibody (ABIN1002015)
Characteristics 15 amino acids near the center of human caspase-6.
Application Notes Caspase-6 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-caspase-6 antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
