Blocked Antibody anti-Mcl-1 (Bcl-2 Protein Family Member) (Internal Region) antibody (ABIN1002831)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human Mcl-1.
Application Notes Mcl-1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Mcl-1 antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
