Blocked Antibody anti-Caspase 12 (CASP12) (Large Isoform) antibody (ABIN1001999)
Characteristics 18 amino acids within the large cleavage product of murine caspase-12.
Application Notes Caspase-12 peptide is used for blocking the activity of the Caspase-12 (large) antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blots by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
