Blocked Antibody anti-B-Cell Lymphoma/Leukemia 10 (Involved in Apoptosis and Tumor Genesis) (N-Term) antibody (ABIN1001846)
Characteristics 15 amino amino terminus of human BCL-10.
Application Notes BCL-10 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-BCL-10 . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
