Blocked Antibody anti-Caspase 2 antibody (Caspase 2, Apoptosis-Related Cysteine Peptidase) (N-Term) (ABIN1002005)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human Caspase-2.
Application Notes Caspase-2 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Caspase-2 antibody . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot analysis.
