Blocked Antibody anti-IKBKG antibody (Inhibitor of kappa Light Polypeptide Gene Enhancer in B-Cells, Kinase gamma) (N-Term) (ABIN1002508)
Characteristics 17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human IKK gamma.
Application Notes IKK gamma peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of IKK gamma antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 200 µg/mL
Buffer Supplied in PBS pH 7.2 (10 mM NaH₂PO₄, 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.
