Blocked Antibody anti-T-Cell Immunoglobulin & Mucin Domain Containing Protein 1 (N-Term) antibody (ABIN1003240)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human TIM-1.
Application Notes TIM-1 peptide is used for blocking activity of TIM-1 antibody . It usually blocks antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 200 µg/mL
Buffer Supplied in PBS pH 7.2 (10 mM NaH₂PO₄, 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.
