Blocked Antibody anti-CARD8 antibody (Caspase Recruitment Domain Family, Member 8) (ABIN1001986)
Characteristics 15 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human CARD8.
Application Notes CARD8 peptide is used for blocking the activity of CARD8 antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
