Blocked Antibody anti-Tripartite Motif Containing 5 (TRIM5) antibody (ABIN1003380)
Characteristics 15 amino acids from the carboxy terminus of human TRIM5.
Application Notes TRIM5 gamma peptide is used for blocking the activity of the TRIM5 gamma antibody . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
