Application Notes APRIL peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of APRIL. It usually blocks theantibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volumeof antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
