Application Notes ARHGAP18 pepide is used for blocking the activity of ARHGAP18 antibody. It usually blocksthe antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equalvolume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
