Application Notes The peptide is used for blocking the activity of the avian influenza hemagglutinin antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA assays by incubating the peptidewith equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
