Specificity 20 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human Bonzo.
Purification purified
Alternative Name CD186 / CXCR6
Background Alternate names: BONZO, CDw186, CXC-R6, CXCR-6, G-protein coupled receptor STRL33, G-protein coupled receptor bonzo, STRL33, TYMSTR
Gene ID 10663
NCBI Accession NP_006555
UniProt O00574
Research Area Chemokines, Receptors
Application Notes Bonzo peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Bonzo. Incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks the antibodyactivity in Western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
