Application Notes Caspase-12 peptide is used for blocking the activity of the Caspase-12 antibody (small). Itusually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blots by incubating the peptidewith equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
