Application Notes Caspase-4 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-caspase-4 antibody. It usuallyblocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
