Application Notes mCIDE-A peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-mCIDE-A. Incubating the peptidewith equal volume of mCIDE-A antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks theantibody activity in Western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
