Application Notes CTRP2 peptide is used for blocking the activity of the Anti-CTRP2 antibody. It usually blocksthe antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equalvolume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
