Specificity 20 amino amino terminus of human DFF45.
Alternative Name DFFA / ICAD
Background Alternate names: DFF-45, DFF1, DFF45, DNA fragmentation factor 45 kDa subunit, DNA fragmentation factor subunit alpha, Inhibitor of CAD
Gene ID 1676
NCBI Accession NP_004392.1
UniProt O00273
Research Area Apoptosis/Necrosis
Application Notes DFF45 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-DFF45. Incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks the antibodyactivity in Western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
