Research Area Signaling, Apoptosis/Necrosis
Application Notes DR4 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-DR4. Incubating the peptide with equalvolume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks the antibody activity inWestern blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
