Application Notes F1A alpha peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of F1A alpha. It usually blocksthe antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equalvolume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
