Application Notes FLIP peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-FLIP. Incubating the peptide with equalvolume of FLIP antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks the antibody activityin Western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
