Application Notes GFR alpha 1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-GFR alpha 1. Incubating thepeptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks theantibody activity in Western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
