Application Notes GFR alpha 2 peptide is used for blocking the activity of GFR alpha 2 antibody. It usuallyblocks the GFR alpha 2 antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating thepeptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
