Specificity 20 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of mouse ICAD.
Purification purified
Alternative Name DFFA / ICAD
Background Alternate names: DFF-45, DFF1, DFF45, DNA fragmentation factor 45 kDa subunit, DNA fragmentation factor subunit alpha, Inhibitor of CAD
Gene ID 13347
NCBI Accession NP_034174
UniProt O54786
Research Area Apoptosis/Necrosis
Application Notes ICAD peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-ICAD. Incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks the antibodyactivity in Western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
