Application Notes IL-21 receptor peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of IL-21 receptor. It usuallyblocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
