Application Notes IL-23 peptide is used for blocking activity of IL-23 antibody. It usually blocks antibodyactivity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
