Application Notes IRAK2 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-IRAK2. Incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks the antibodyactivity in Western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
