Specificity 15 amino acids near the amino terminus of human IRE1p.
Alternative Name ERN1 / IRE1
Background Alternate names: Endoplasmic reticulum-to-nucleus signaling 1, IRE1a, IRE1p, Inositol-requiring protein 1, Ire1-alpha, Serine/threonine-protein kinase/endoribonuclease IRE1
Gene ID 2081
NCBI Accession NP_001424.3

Application Notes IRE1p peptide is used for blocking the activity of IRE1p antibody. It usually blocks theantibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volumeof antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
