Application Notes PAK5 peptide is used for blocking activity of PAK5 antibody. It usually blocks antibodyactivity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
