Specificity Control peptide for AP30703PU-N. Peptide consists of 19 amino acids near the center of human RAIDD.
Alternative Name RAIDD
Background Alternate names: CRADD, Caspase and RIP adapter with death domain, Death domain-containing protein CRADD, RIP-associated protein with a death domain
Gene ID 8738
NCBI Accession NP_003796.1
UniProt P78560
Research Area Cancer, Apoptosis/Necrosis
Application Notes RAIDD peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-RAIDD. Incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks the activity ofAnti-RAIDD in Western blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
