Specificity Control peptide for AP30729PU-N. peptide consists of 14 amino acids of mouse RIP3.
Alternative Name RIPK3 / RIP3
Background Alternate names: RIP-3, RIP-like protein kinase 3, Receptor-interacting protein 3, Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 3
NCBI Accession 10090

Application Notes RIP3 peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of RIP3. It usually blocks theantibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volumeof antibody for 30 min at 37°COther applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
