Specificity Control peptide for AP30730PU-N. Peptide consists of 15 amino acids near the amino terminus of human RIPK1.
Alternative Name RIP
Background Alternate names: Cell death protein RIP, RIPK1, Receptor-Interacting Protein, Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1, Serine/threonine-protein kinase RIP
Gene ID 8737
NCBI Accession NP_003795.2
UniProt Q13546
Research Area Cancer, Apoptosis/Necrosis
Application Notes RIPK1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of RIPK1 antibody. It usually blocks theantibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volumeof antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
