Application Notes Seasonal H1N1 Nonstructural Protein 1 peptide is meant to be used as a positive control inELISA applications to detect Seasonal Influenza A (H1N1) NS1 (1) using Seasonal InfluenzaA (H1N1) NS1 antibody. It can also be used for blocking the activity of of this antibody inELISA. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely by incubating the peptide with anequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37 °C.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
