Application Notes Smac peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of Smac/DIABLO. It usually blocksthe antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equalvolume of antibody for 30 min at 37 °C.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
