Application Notes
|
TIM-1 peptide is used for blocking activity of TIM-1 antibody. It usually blocks antibodyactivity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
