Specificity Control peptide for AP30912PU-N. Peptide consists of 15 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human TMEM184B.
Alternative Name TMEM184B
Background Alternate names: C22orf5, Putative MAPK-activating protein FM08, Transmembrane protein 184B
Gene ID 25829
NCBI Accession NP_001182000.1
Application Notes TMEM184B peptide is used for blocking the activity of TMEM184B antibody. It usuallyblocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
