Immunogen Synthetic peptide
Specificity The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP13252a was selected from the N-term region of WDR45L. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Alternative Name WDR45L
Background This gene encodes a member of the WIPI or SVP1 family of WD40 repeat-containing proteins. The protein contains seven WD40 repeats that are thought to fold into a beta-propeller structure that mediates protein-protein interactions, and a conserved motif for interaction with phospholipids. The human genome contains several pseudogenes of this gene.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles
Expiry Date 6 months
