Specificity The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP13657c was selected from the Center region of QSOX2. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Background QSOX2 is a member of the sulfhydryl oxidase/quiescin-6 (Q6) family (QSOX1, MIM 603120) that regulates the sensitization of neuroblastoma cells for IFN-gamma (IFNG, MIM 147570)-induced cell death (Wittke et al., 2003 [PubMed 14633699]).
