Specificity The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP13942c was selected from the Center region of C10orf63. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Background Enkurin interacts with transient receptor potential canonical (TRPC) cation channels (see TRPC1, MIM 602343) and functions as an adaptor protein, tethering signal transduction proteins to TRPC channels (Sutton et al., 2004 [PubMed 15385169]).
