Specificity The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP3616a was selected from the Y361 region of human Phospho-HIPK2. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Background HIPK2 is a conserved serine/threonine nuclear kinase that interacts with homeodomain transcription factors.
