Specificity The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP7902a was selected from the C-term region of human JIK . A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Background Protein kinases are enzymes that transfer a phosphate group from a phosphate donor, generally the g phosphate of ATP, onto an acceptor amino acid in a substrate protein.
