- Background
- FOPNL is involved in the biogenesis of cilia. This protein belongs to the FGFR1OP family and contains 1 LisH domain. FOPNL is widely expressed and detected in brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, skeletal muscle, placenta and intestine. Recombinant human FOPNL protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
