    Background
Trafficking protein particle complex 4, also known as TRAPPC4, is part of the multisubunit TRAPP (transport protein particle) complex and interacts with SDC2. It may play a role in vesicular transport from endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi. Recombinant human TRAPPC4 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
