- Background
- HAVCR2, also known as TIM3, belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. HACVR2 regulates macrophage activation. It Inhibits T-helper type 1 lymphocyte (Th1)-mediated auto- and alloimmune responses and promotes immunological tolerance. Recombinant human HAVCR2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli.
