Characteristics The secreted recombinant mouse ASAH2 consists of 739 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 82 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 105-115 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
