Additional Information
| Description | Hemagglutinin is glycosylated with N-linked sugars, produced using baculovirus vector in insect cells and purified using proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
| Molecular Weight | 57.5 kDa |
Application Details
| Purity | >90% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses Endotoxin level is <0.1 ng per μ g of Hemagglutinin. |
| Buffer | Lyophilized from a 0.1 mg/ml sterile solution of Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.0 + 500 mM NaCl |
| Storage | The lyophilized Hemagglutinin is best-stored desiccated below 0 °C. Reconstituted Hemagglutinin should be stored at working aliquots at –20 °C. For long-term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HAS or BSA). Freeze/thaw should be avoided. Reconstitution: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile ddH 2 O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4 °C for 1 week or –20 °C for future use. |
