ProductDetails: Biological Activity Comment Biological Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA Immobilized human Leptin at 5 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human Leptin receptor with a linear range of 0.032 - 4.0 μg/ml.
Background Leptin Binding Domain Human Recombinant also called Leptin soluble receptor produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 208 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24.5 kDa. Leptin Receptor consists of the cytokine binding domain of leptin receptor amino acids 428-635 of human leptin receptor. The Leptin Binding Domain is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Synonyms: OB Protein, Obesity Protein, OBS, Obesity factor, recombinant leptin receptor, human leptin, human leptin receptor, recombinant human leptin receptor,
